Mohamed Afir is the founding partner and head of AFIR & Co. Originally a business lawyer, Mohamed has been practicing legal advisory and compliance for 20 years. He has worked in major international groups across several countries, including Algeria, Morocco, France, and the United Kingdom.

Beyond law, Mr. Afir is also an expert in risk assessment and legal compliance, having served as Compliance Data Privacy Officer in the aforementioned large organizations. He has led major projects and managed multiple teams in compliance initiatives and now supports companies in achieving regulatory compliance.
